Your privacy matters.

This policy explains how Deuvo handles information collected through this website and the iOS launch waitlist.
What the waitlist collects
When you join, we store your email address, your interest in iOS, where you joined from on this website, the signup time and your subscription status. We use this information to send a waitlist confirmation and important Deuvo iPhone launch updates.
Your choice
Joining the waitlist is optional. By submitting the form, you ask us to send those updates. We do not sell waitlist email addresses. An unsubscribe link in each email lets you remove your waitlist entry and stop further updates. You can also request removal through Contact.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist entries are stored in Deuvo’s PostgreSQL database. An email delivery provider may process your email address to deliver an update when email sending is configured. Access to this information is limited to operating the waitlist.
Security and basic website data
We use encrypted HTTPS connections and server-side validation. To limit abuse, we retain temporary, hashed rate-limit identifiers rather than storing IP addresses in the waitlist. Standard infrastructure logs may record technical request information. This website does not use advertising cookies or persist analytics identifiers.
Retention and requests
We keep waitlist details while providing the launch updates you requested, and remove your entry when you unsubscribe. You can ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information through Contact. If you have concerns about how your information is handled, you may contact the data protection authority relevant to you.
Website and app
The waitlist does not create a Deuvo app account. Account, learning and subscription information in the app is separate. The app’s privacy information and store disclosures describe its account and learning features.
App account deletion
You can delete your Deuvo app account from Profile, or send an email request without reinstalling the app. Visit Delete your Deuvo account for the request button, identity verification steps, data removed, and retained records. The app deletion process retains a minimal deleted-account marker and administrative audit records for database integrity and security, with no scheduled automatic expiry. Payment-provider records and subscription cancellation are handled separately by the provider.
