Delete your Deuvo account.
Updated 4 October 2026
You can permanently delete your account in Deuvo: Learn German Fast, or request deletion here even if you have uninstalled the app.
Request deletion by email
Send a request to atlascodelab@gmail.com with the subject “Deuvo account and data deletion request”. Include the email address you use to sign in to Deuvo. Where possible, send it from that address so we can verify that the account belongs to you.
Request account deletionThis button opens your email app with a prepared request. Send the email to submit it. Requests are handled by Deuvo support after ownership verification; clicking the button does not delete your account automatically. We will reply to confirm completion.
No Deuvo sign-in or app reinstallation is required to send a request. If you cannot access your account email, contact the same support address for help verifying ownership. Never include your password, verification codes, or payment card details.
Delete directly in the app
Open Deuvo, go to Profile, and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps and verify your identity using your password or the sign-in provider you used for the account.
What is removed
Deletion removes your account’s sign-in credentials and linked sign-in identities, name, profile photo, learning preferences and interests, saved vocabulary, saved lessons, likes, lesson progress, activity history, practice and quiz records, achievements, app feedback, notification settings, registered notification devices, and active sessions. The subscription access record stored by Deuvo is also removed. Deleted learning data cannot be restored through the app.
Records that remain
A minimal deleted-account record containing an internal identifier, timestamps, and deleted status remains for database integrity. It no longer contains your original email, name, photo, or sign-in credentials and cannot be used to sign in. Administrative audit records, where present, remain for security and operational traceability. These technical and audit records have no scheduled automatic expiry.
Purchase and billing records held by Google Play or another payment provider are managed separately by that provider under its retention rules. Contact us if your request also concerns personal information in retained records.
Cancel subscription renewal separately
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. To stop renewal, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Deuvo → Cancel subscription. You can request account deletion regardless of whether you have already cancelled renewal.
For details about this website and the iOS waitlist, see our Privacy Policy. Waitlist removal is separate from deleting an app account; you can request both in the same email.
